Amazing experience. I was ill, and they worked with me to help edit my book. They were very patient, clear with their communication, and extremely supportive throughout the entire process.

The proofreading made the text run smoother. I have not made many changes, but they were readily taken care of. The gentleman I am working with is kind and patient.

The team that worked with my Project Manager was helpful all the way. I know Carl depended on the team to do their job to the best of their ability. When an issue occurred, it was taken care of immediately. That was very much appreciated, to know that I could depend on my Project Manager and his team to complete the project to the finish with raving results. Johnnie Beatty
