Our company had a very unfortunate experience with Infinite massage. I provided them all dates needed for our big event, paid up front and was assured all was booked and ready a month in advance. 1 day into our 3 day event, we were told the therapists for the last day of our event we're not scheduled and they would send 1 therapist out to fix the issue (we were supposed to have 2 per day). During the event a couple of the therapists were rude to staff and wandered around the venue rather than staying at our booth and taking the necessary breaks. We shared this information with Claudia at Infinite Massage and left it at that. Days after the event we received an invoice with charges that were not brought up during any of our multiple conversations about the scheduling issue. The owner of Infinite Massage (Chris Owen) argued with us explaining that the extra charges came from his staff making a scheduling and quote error. Chris Owen emailed us our company website to threaten speaking to our CEO and others on our "About Us" page because we did not agree with the additional undiscussed charge. Chris emailed us claiming we are taking advantage of his company by not wanting to pay for the additional undiscussed charge (5 days after the event) and completely disregarded that his staff made the mistake by quoting and scheduling us incorrectly. We paid the invoice to avoid dealing with the company any longer. If you are looking to hire massage therapists for any event, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.
