Booking - the booking part was quite easy. SJ was very responsive, she set up the online booking for us which made it very easy for our employees to sign up. Day of Event - Both massage therapists arrived late, I am not sure if they didn't expect there to be much traffic, but we are located downtown so traffic can be bad here. Communication with massage therapists - One of the massage therapists did not have the schedule of her massages, which made it difficult for her to know when she could take her break and when she had people coming. She had to keep calling us so we could check online if the time was available or unavailable. The system was open till the end of the day of the massages so people kept signing up throughout the day or dropping off.

Very accommodating and was available on short notice! Would book with them again.
