Had 2 Issues & they were super fast to help me get them fixed

I purchased a Minecraft hosting from them and had some minor problems. The staff team in particular (Joseph I) provided me with excellent service and everything got solved within an hour. I really recommend them :)

Really great support on everything I needed the host it self is really great and reliable 10/10.

I recently purchased a FiveM Server and its performance is outstanding! The continuous swift and outstanding support still continues to surprise me every day! Would most definitely recommend it.

Helped me start my first FiveM server, great quality FAST turnaround. 10/10

Over my times of working with different hosting's and or server providers I haven't seen one as good as this! They offer better specs for your server or ect that your hosting and put it for cheaper. In addition while coming across some trouble setting up the database this one guy stood out Captiosus#0001 ! He provided quick support and made me feel as if what I was asking was valuable to his time. Thank you Captiosus for the quick support. - Thank you UPDATE I ended up leaving their services but still good support and ect. I have switched to a new hosting in which is cheaper now and has more ram/storage. I give my thanks to the Independent Hosting team!
