I thought I already knew most of the concepts, but the training helped me to really get a grasp of the theory and apply these in the various interactive exercises.

The training with Nils Oud was really helpful. It makes me learn more about being a Product Owner and adds more perspective. I'll directly apply some of the learnings from the training to my product.

Thank you very much Nils, I quickly understood the concepts of the Nexus thanks to your help and workshop. Personally, I like that the focus is on "the doing part", so you can go through the different stages and exercises yourself. This helps to bring up an understanding to the team when they are in the process of building and working with Nexus. See you soon :)

At the end of last year I took the PSPO I course with Nils Oud. The course was very useful since it was a practical mix between theory and the experience of the attendees. Without a doubt, it is a course for which you must have a foundation of concepts or a little practice, since it does not delve much into theory. Nils makes the hours go by quickly between dynamics and exercises, that's very nice. In the end one is left wanting more since two days is not enough to cover all the material. But the tips and advice to pass the certification exam are invaluable.

I truly enjoyed the Professional Agile Leadership training by Nils Oud. His approach consisted of a pleasant and effective balance between lecturing and leaving space for discussions. I would definitely recommend Nils to any organization.

This week we had Joe Krebs successfully complete the Advanced Scrum Masters class. The 2 days were a mixture of classroom training and exercises. Though tough it held our interest, our focus, led to great scrum discussions and I got out of it more then I expected. This is the 2nd class I had with Joe and I cant say enough good things, about the way he delivers the teaching and his personality. Oh by the way we had a lot of fun during the class which helps

Had an informative training PSPO with Nils Oud. The amount of information and the way Nils introduced us to the fundamentals and the technics ware enjoyable and easy. Many practical examples and cases made the whole theory more absorbing.

Had a PSPO training with Nils, it went great. Nils is a great teacher, even if we went off-slides for big part of the training to discuss real-life scenarios, we still made it through assessment and got the answers to the questions that were bothering us within our organizations. Would totally recommend working with Incrementor to my colleagues and friends.
