They're just great. I'm always experiencing poor support with SAAS businesses, bus this one was a breath of fresh air.

The software is OK. Not best-in-class, but OK - and the price is pretty good. But they charged me for months while I couldn't log into my inbox, not honoring my Chat requests to cancel the account. When I finally did log in and saw I was charged $60 while not using the software and unable to log in, they refused to give me a refund. Not a nice experience

Emails went from 60% Spam to 0% in about 2 months, love this service and support!

Easily the best warm up service. They have things like moving out of spam, reply, and marking it important that others do not have. I have tried many of the competitors and they inboxally is the best!
