Thank you for leaving a review. We noticed that your account, which was created just over a week ago, unfortunately engaged in activities that violate our Terms of Service. It's important to note that the issues you faced with our service were directly related to the inappropriate manner in which the service was being used, going against our policy that prohibits utilising ImprovMX for bypassing third-party service's email verifications through means such as creating profiles at a large scale. As a result, to maintain the integrity and reliability of our service for all users, we had to enforce our terms which led to the suspension of your account. We are committed to assisting all our users in leveraging our services legitimately and within the guidelines stipulated in our Terms of Service. We encourage you to reach out to our support team should you wish to discuss this matter further and to understand the appropriate and permissible use of our service. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we appreciate your kind words about the easy setup process. We noticed your concern about the mail forwarding time, and we immediately reached out to assist you but have not yet heard back. We are here to help and eager to resolve any issues you are facing. For transparency, our live metrics show that we, on average, forward an email in under 5 seconds, with our segment of the process taking only about one second. The remaining time is often on the email provider's end. You can find these metrics and more details on our website at https://improvmx.com. We value your business and are committed to providing you with fast and efficient service. We hope to have the opportunity to address and resolve your concerns promptly. Thank you for choosing ImprovMX.
