Never received order.

It has been 39 days since I placed my order on 11/26/23 and my credit card was charged 11/27/23. When I inquire about the shipment, I get an automated response that it is in transit.

Ridiculous customer service! I didn't receive my order and they refuse to assist! I called Canada Post with the tracking number and they advised that the shipping company needs to open a claim which they are refusing to do! They took my money but have not delivered the product!! horrible

Billed through a different company. Over charged from invoice I checked out with. Received wrong item and went through hell to get refund. Nothing they sell is worth the aggravation they put you through because of their mistakes!

The color was off but I like it a lot, soft, grey fit, actually long enough on my arms too

Great for sore feet. I have plantar fas and every step hurts. These are the only sandals that I’ll wear.
