Good customer service

I like that this casinos support is very professional and customer service oriented! They have a ton of games as well however I find the RTP to be lower than other online casinos I’ve played.

I seriously enjoy everything but certain things is a no go I can't buy as voucher I can't even spin my free spins I put several complaints in but not fix yet always same answers and waiting period to long

I'll give it 5 stars once I am confident with their withdrawals process. It's a great casino with awesome games, but I have a few concerns with the withdrawals process for South African players, and how long they take. Also it would be beneficial to not show games that are not available in my region, instead of me seeing that message when I try playing a game. The platform has so much potential and could literally takeover in SA, but the limitations on deposits and withdrawals make some of us reluctant to continue using the platform.
