Delighted to know your Marithe Francois Girbeaud coat is back in action, Stella! It's our joy to bring such unique pieces back to life, especially when it comes with its own set of challenges. A zipper might seem small, but we know it's all about the details. Enjoy the warmth and style, just like its first day. Here for all your future fashion rescues! 🧥

Dear Chris, We're truly sorry to hear about the issue with your altered pants. Our goal is always to ensure that every alteration leaves our clients feeling more comfortable and confident in their clothing. It's surprising to hear that the pants are bunching at the knee, as we only adjusted the length and did not alter the knee area. However, we're committed to resolving this for you. We always encourage our customers to try on their garments before leaving our shop for this very reason. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it perfect. Please bring the pants back to our store at your earliest convenience. We will promptly address the issue and ensure that your pants fit flawlessly. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we look forward to the opportunity to correct this for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for choosing us for your alteration needs. We're committed to making this right and maintaining the high standard of service our customers expect and deserve. Warm regards, Ira
