Jim Widney was so helpful and patient with some recent orders for lapel pins, polo shirts and custom made neck ties I placed for a convention in San Diego. I submitted so many artwork changes for each item that I felt bad asking him to make one more change for multiple items multiple times. I had a tight timeline in which to deliver and everything came in just in the nick of time. He didn't get frustrated and did whatever I asked of him. I have used several union print shops for a variety of products through out the years for different products. I feel like Jim and I just went through a war together, and he has won my trust, confidence and business.. I know that whatever I need Jim and the rest of the staff at Image Pointe will deliver a quality product on time.

Image pointe has gotten better and better through the years that we have used their services. Mike Webb becoming our representative was like we hit the jackpot, Mike is courteous, kind, knowledgeable, timely and always finds a way to accommodate. Mike also had fresh ideas. if there is a time crunch our needs are always taken care of expediently. We couldn't ask for a better fit for our company.

Image Point was GREAT, we were working on a bit of a deadline. The staff kept in contact and did the artwork to us for approval, got our sizes and styles of shirts quickly.
