I set up here around 5 or 6 years ago. Was on free account. Hardly made any sales. So, I was tempted to try Platinum based on their statements about better coverage. Don't believe the rubbish they spout. I have had NO extra help. It's like they steal your money and do nothing for the cash. Now, I can't even downgrade to FREE again, and support never replies on Facebook, their email, anywhere!! Been asking to close my account for over a month now and get my cash...nothing!! Don't trust and don't put your artwork there.
