I ordered some garden lights. Shortly after placing the order I received an email apologising that they’d had supplier delays and they would update me when they are being sent. Months go by with no communication or delivery. I sent an email enquiring as to what was happening but received no response. I then sent a more direct email asking for the product to be sent or a refund provided. I then received a response advising my order had been cancelled but no refund has been received. Do not order from this company as it appears they just take your money and supply nothing.

Same as others. Placed my order, said the item I ordered was out or stock, asked to pick a different item, 5 months later I am still waiting to receive it

Warning- scam company!! They did not send me the product I purchased via their site for weeks. I finally sent them a request to cancel and get my refund. 2 weeks later I got a reply and they responded they will refund. 1 month later I checked my credit card and zero refund. I went back to the cancellation email and noticed they type in the wrong cc numbers. I can tell they plan to this type of service to just keep customers money. This type of company cannot be trust as they try to act like a legitimate business. When they cannot fulfill the orders they just pretend they tried to get the refund back. Shame on you Iluminating !!! I have to waste my time typing this review. I hope your business fail with all of your advertising budget exploding till bankruptcy shut you down.

I placed an order almost a month ago for lamps that were advertised with a delivery time of 5–8 working days. Despite the significant delay, I still have not received my order, and even now there is no clear delivery date. Nearly a month later, the lamps have still not arrived, which is extremely frustrating and far beyond the promised timeframe. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I sent multiple emails requesting an update and received either no response or no useful information regarding the status of my order. As a customer, I understand that delays can happen. However, keeping customers informed is the bare minimum. Leaving customers waiting for weeks without their order and without any meaningful communication is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Terrible. Ordered two lamps a month ago - ghosted. Avoid.

I like the product, but the shipping was very delayed. It took well over a month to arrive.

Only because I can’t give a lower rating. If you see a good review don’t believe them. They have to be fake, because they are terrible. They will not honestly reply to me. They just send a standard prewritten form letter. No honest information. I ask to cancel and get a refund. They refuse to answer me.

I have only had your product out in our saloon for a week however it seems to be a great product. I placed the lamps on a variety of liquor bottles, and they add so much to our ambiance. I look forward to placing more orders.
