The only complaint I have is that after a long night on the water it takes about 30 min to regain your night vision if you accidentally turn on the REEL BriteBite light while rolling up the cord. The damn thing is bright -like REALLY bright- and built like a tank.

Excellent customer service! I accidentally ordered the blue light instead of green light and emailed them to explain my error No problem ; they took the other one back and sent me the green light that I thought i ordered . They were so nice about it I received the new one sooner than expected and it is up and running : lots of jealous people on my dock now
