Wonderful company that stands behind their product. Their customer service is beyond expectations. I have purchased many underwater lights from different companies and tgis one is the best and then only one I will use for all future purchases.

I don't often provide reviews, but my experience with IllumiSea deserves comment. I had a problem with the Reel BriteBite light that I was using at my dock (not all LEDs were working). Called the customer contact number and was provided an address to return the light to in order to have someone see if it could be fixed or replaced. Within a short time, I was contacted by one of the owners of the company with an apology for the delay and was told that the light would be replaced. Two points here. 1) the company showed a sincere concern for their customers by apologizing for the delay and 2) they stand by their warranty. Good experience.

I recently ordered a white drain plug light from IllumiSea Aquatic Lighting and wanted to post a quick review on their excellent product and also how great the folks at this veteran-owned company were to work with. The quality, build, and brightness of this light is amazing... you won't be disappointed. Communication was fantastic from order confirmation through delivery and they even took the time to answer an installation question that I had. There may be cheaper options out there but you get what you pay for and more companies should take after the exceptional customer service this company provides. Thank you IllumiSea, we will definitely buy from you again!
