Great product & excellent customer service!

I have used the Ilumiflow 272 Laser cap for 4 1/2 years and am very pleased with the results. I saw results within the first 6 months, especially around my part and my hairline. I currently have lots of new “baby” hairs. I find it easy to use and like that I don’t have to use it every day.

I have had the cap for 6 years. The only maintenance has been replacing the battery. It has helped with maintaining hair count. Customer service is good.

I started my Illumiflow journey 6 years ago (later than I should have). I cannot say that I saw much hair growth, but it did slow down or halt the hair thinning process, and that is why I continue my journey. I had an issue with a battery that overheated, but after contacting support via email, they took care of that. I wish I had started my journey earlier as I believe the lllt cap would have helped me keep more of my hair.
