We have been ikon holders since it was available. Today we had to contact ikon pass for some unforeseen reasons and had a conversation with Jackie. She was fantastic! She was helpful, knowledgeable and very empathetic to our situation. It was such a pleasure speaking with her and we are thankful for such amazing people at their customer service. We are planning to stay IKON holders as long as we can ski/snowboard. Thank you!

Very poor customer support. I wanted to defer my pass until next year. Could not get through on phone or find on website. Sent an email asking about the program. Email was answered a week later. Had the date on December 14th to defer. That is great except I got email on the 19th and they would not honor deferral. Will be buying EPIC pass next year!
