They are disrespectful; they make fun of a BTS member’s name on the radio and insult ARMYs by calling them losers; the technical equipment allegedly failed just as BTS were due to perform. They are unprofessional, incompetent and disrespectful.

Racist and disgusting behavior. No respect for musicians and fans.

Such a disappointing experience especially lately. I mean you should have better handle your staff, cause those in "the woody show" who talk trash about BTS and Armys are so unprofessional. Instead of trying to solve this issue, they intentionally mocked the fans and provoked us. Such a behavior is just unacceptable. And his apology wasn't even sincere. And we want iHeartRadio to take responsibility for that.

Racist radio show The Woody Show, part of iHeart Radio making rude remarks to South Korean artists BTS who made efforts to fly 10hrs to Las Vegas to preform at sold out 2026 iHeart Music Festival Day 1 show, and call the fans who paid to attend iHeartRadio Festival as losers THREE TIMES! Bite the hands who feed them! What a diabolical move! Day 2 without BTS at present, the event was 30% full and organisers had to giveaway free tickets to fill up seats.

Anyone who calls ARMYs ‘losers’ and mocks BTS’s JK because of his name – and is therefore racist – should be banned.

I would give 0 if I could. Any show that promotes hate, bigotry, and racism should be banned from airing. The host who mispronounced Jungkook's name and thought it funny, then calls a whole Fandom losers should be banned from ever working in any shows. And the others who continued to talk about BTS and ARMY in such a disrespectful way should also be kicked out of the show. What a shameful use of this platform!
