Hi, It is unclear what you mean. Our system shows that you have successfully received your order immediately after the payment. Did you give the code to someone else, and if so - this is not something we are able to control.
Après paiement intégral Après avoir payé l'intégralité du paiement, des escrocs ont commencé à me demander des photos de mes documents et des selfies. Après les leur avoir envoyés, ils m'ont dit qu'ils refusaient de me vendre quoi que ce soit. Sachez que des escrocs russes semblent utiliser ces plateformes pour voler des profils.

The request for ID and a selfie is a standard fraud-prevention (KYC) procedure required by payment providers when a transaction is flagged as high-risk. It is used to prevent fraud and identity misuse, not to exploit customers. When verification cannot be completed, the order is cancelled and fully refunded. We strongly reject the allegation of any scam activity. Our company operates legally and applies the same security checks to all customers. After full payment, scammers started asking for pictures of my documents and selfies. After sending them, I was told they were refusing to sell me. Just to let you know, it looks like Russian scammers use the platforms to steal your bio.
