Loved the service! First key did not work but customer service was able to provide a substitute in a couple of hours (on a Saturday) that worked perfectly. Great company.

this site sucks... game key takes 3 days to arrive on email. 1day after i contrakt the support of cancellation and refund. now i stuck with the product. so lame... danm gamekey shop no instant delivery... never here again. take my 20 bucks. Solved got refund today.

bought Office 2019 for mac they just gave a code , no download link or anything or steps to download support is very slow responding contacted Microsoft support and the told me that i cant activate it so now its like a waste of money waiting for the customer support to refund ..

Code they sent did not work they sent me a new one and it still didnt work I was forced to purchase a code from another place because customer service took so long to respond they do not seem to care about customers

Bought a Windows 11-Pro key from them at an incredibly low price. There was an issue with the key, but much to my surprise, they responded to my enquiry instantly, and replaced the key with a working one. Very good support and great value. I am a happy customer :D
