I loved that they came to my home but other than that I didn’t have a great experience. They had to take the phone away for nearly the whole day and when they did bring it back it was missing a screw and I am still waiting for a someone to get back to me to address the missing screw.

Fast and easy. My mother in law broke her phone and reached out to us via email so we sent a repair directly to her house and saved her an errand. The repair tech had great communication with us and she was happy with the service.

Wonderful! I've never used anything like this before. I asked them to go to my elderly mother's home to fix her iphone, and they did a WONDERFUL job. The person took the time to explain to her what to do and how to do it, after having fixed her phone. Highly recommend them!
