I had made a foolish error in giving my personal data to a false site. Your techs patiently and kindly helped to make the appropriate changes to my data to, hopefully keep my identity safe.

My situation is someone filed for unemployment using my name and date of birth in the state of Montana. For two days I was unable to get through the phone que to the unemployment office in Helena. I called IDShield and the person that helped me took care of everything. Alerts were placed on my credit and a notice was sent to the Montana unemployment office notifying them of the fraud. I was emailed a list of things to watch for and links to forms that I made potentially need. It took me another full day before I actually spoke to someone in the unemployment office. I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism that was used to help me resolve my issue.
