Due to a computer scam I found myself suddenly in danger of ID Theft. Years ago I had signed up for ID Shield, and when I called I was relieved to immediately speak with a person not a machine. An alert was placed at once and I got all the information what to do to prevent damage. I gave 5 stars because the customer service is outstanding. Being very stressed and overwhelmed my initial call and three more with questions were answered in a professional, compassionate and patient way that calmed me down and helped me in a difficult time.
