Had a question about closing a credit account if it would affect my credit score. The young lady told me yes it would bring my score down so I chose to keep the account open.

the individual I spoke to was very kind and patient, answered all my questions, he took the time going from one thing to the next to make sure I was getting the right response to my questions. He then instructed me on what to do next then follow up. That gave ne peace of mind.

I have been with you 20 + years and have always been comfortable with you. Trust is important to me and I do have that with you.
