I was afraid I had been hacked including SSA number and all other info - my ID Shield representative gave me all the info and steps to do to protect myself - helpful and calm when I was in a bit of a panic.

over 30yrs I've had a tax expert.....he passed away and three of my friends advised me to try TurboTax I admit I was nervous but I went slowly step by step and found it was not all that difficult. My refund was a couple hundred dollars more than what my tax man got me last year so I was pleased...the best part is if you need to stop or go back and look at what you typed...that too was easy I would recommend this to anyone who may be a bit nervous about doing their own taxes, My guy charged me $260 and I only paid $48 on Amazon for this....yeahh
