Since I had to disconnect my VPN on my iPhone to get connection to some links, I don't know what I should do to get proper updates for a VPN to work on my Apple iPhone.

Gene, thank you for your kind words. We're delighted to hear you feel confident in our team’s service, and we look forward to assisting you whenever needed. Thanks for choosing us.
I have had this service for years. They do a great job of monitoring all my information and providing alerts if they discover potential problems. I cannot speak of the service they would provide if hackers managed to steal my identity because so far, it has never happened. So, I can only speak to the monitoring aspect of the service.

You get useful benefits & they help track your info. They also recommend things. Only thing wished is that when your ssn is leaked that there was an immediate option where they can make it harder for thief's to do it again

Our experience is good. But small changes, initiated in our financial picture raises ID Shield attention and our alarm. Also, our ID Shield pass word expired without notice.
