I had a great customer service experience with Bret B. He went above and beyond to help me get pricing on my product. He was thorough and professional. I am a repeat customer and went to IDJ now first before going to any retailer, they have bundle deals and I have saved hundreds in the past.

Had a great experience ordering DJ gear with idjnow. Ordered a Rane Four DJ Controller which was absolutely perfect and listed for the lowest price at the time! Customer service (Fernando) was great since I decided to make changes to my product along the way and found they honor their listed policies exactly as posted!! Very happy with them and will definitely order again. Thanks!

I was once a loyal customer of this company, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. I ordered Cold Spark Powder for an important event, trusting their assurance that delivery from NY to Chicago via UPS would take just two days. As the days passed, the tracking number they provided showed no updates. When I called concerned, they again guaranteed the package would arrive on time. Yet, here I am, a day after my event, being told they’ll process a refund in 3-5 business days, and attempt to cancel the delivery. This level of unreliability and the nonchalant attitude from the company is unacceptable. Future customers should beware—this company clearly cannot deliver on its promises, and their lack of accountability is shocking. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

To clarify the details of your order: The purchase was placed mid-day on 1/21, and the delivery estimate provided to you at the time of purchase was 1/23 - 1/25, a 2-4 business day range. This estimate was clearly displayed on eBay during checkout and remains visible in your account. Additionally, the shipping option selected for your order was our free complimentary shipping, as you opted not to use any buyer-paid expedited shipping options. While we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, complimentary shipping cannot guarantee expedited delivery times, as clearly communicated during our initial phone conversation. Prior to your purchase, we explicitly informed you that we could not guarantee delivery within 2 business days and recommended against ordering if this timeline was essential. Despite this, the order was placed, and we adhered to the estimated delivery range provided at the time. While we regret that this did not meet your expectations, we’ve already provided a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. Please understand that we prioritize honest and transparent communication with our customers and will not make guarantees we cannot uphold, even if it means recommending against an order. Bought a machine from them and it didn't work. They told me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer told me to have Idjnow handle it. It took 2 weeks of back and forth to finally get a return label from them. Then I asked them to ship the replacement to a different address because I was going to be away for a month and they refused. I asked for a refund and they only refunded it partially. Not only is their customer service slow at responding, they are unhelpful and clearly have bad practices.

Absolutely incompetent packaging. My mint condition qsc ks112 looks like it was thrown off of a moving truck. They didn’t put any time into securing the amplifier with any kind of stuffing or foam or anything and the customer service doesn’t respond. This company sucks and would never recommend to anyone even my worst enemy. Absolutely pathetic!

What is the problem with this company between processing orders, packging, labling, shipping with UPS. It has never been a smooth process on several of my orders. Had to follow up to get tracking number or status update. Customer Service is good with correcting problem, but it should not always come to that

I recently saw a discount on this website, so I ordered an entry-level version of a DJ mixer, but the tracking number they provided was not UPS. After shipping, they told me that they used UPS, but later I found out that the tracking number was Fedex! Later I Check the Tracking number on the Fedex website and it has arrived! But I never received it! I had no choice but to ask the customer service center for help, but unfortunately they all told me to appeal on the Fedex website, which was really troublesome! Don't be greedy for petty advantages and patronize such a small private company!
