Worst company Ever!! they have resolved ZERO of the issues they came to fix at my home 6 times and NEVER fixed our appliances. I’ve been trying to get them to fix these items for 7/8 MONTHS!!!!!! and they have zero accountability. They never fix anything never use this company!! Horrible!!

The most worst experience ever in life dealing with my dryer. They are all rude (customer service & especially the manager he was very very rude, screaming and hollering at me like if I was a child. Very unprofessional, incompetent & not capable enough to hold a damn conversation. This place needs to be shut down ASAP. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau immediately & will be calling others as well to make a formal complaint against this company. I wouldn’t even give them a 1!!! They deserve a ZERO!!!!

Worst experience dealing with them on an insured repair on our washing machine. Manager was rude, screaming and yelling at me when I said that their tech came out and didn’t actually fix the problem. Unprofessional, incompetent and rude.

worst company ever. The worst customer service you can find, very high prices. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.
