The customer service agent was very nice and knowledgeable and pleasant She helped me understand all the features of the identity theft plan which I did not initially sign up for. I was actually seeking to sign up for the credit plan that gives me my credit reports yet because of her expertise I decided to stay with the full plan that covers the identity theft. She is a great asset to the company.

One star because can’t put zero. You pay $1 for credit check then get charged monthly membership that you don’t approve and call number in email because link on website doesn’t work they tell you it’s canceled and keep charging. Rude argumentative people on phone that try and belittle you. Don’t use this company with your bank account.

We apologize for your experience. When members sign up for a plan, it is activated upon sign-up. We do have third-party partners who offer our services. However, these partners are required to be transparent about our memberships. If a third-party partner is not transparent when offering our services, that is a violation of our partner agreement. Our customer service phone number is 877-875-4347. Please give us a call, so we can make it right.
They only give you a phone number to use to contact them, then the phone number goes to a full mailbox that you cannot leave messages on. They make it so you can't even cancel your membership. They are charging me 34.99 monthly and I do not want this service!

This can be done by calling our member support department during business hours or where available, clicking the cancel button from the member website. Please give us a call at (877) 875-4347 so we can further assist.
This company is horrible! I signed up for a free trail and didn’t cancel I time. So, they charged my card. When I called for refund they said they don’t give refunds but they will cancel the account. Understandable. Fast forward to next month. They charged my account again after I already called to cancel the account. They told me I had to call back to cancel the account because they didn’t have an automatic system to cancel. I told her “I called to cancel the account, why would I call back a second time to cancel the account again?” All she could say is well we don’t do refunds and there’s not we can do.

Customer service was friendly, patient, and helpful. Had a question about something on my most recent credit report. Called IdentityIQ and the rep I got was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I completely understood what I was looking at. My only complaint is that they did try to upsell me to a more comprehensive plan.

I have been with IdentityIQ for about 6 months. I love their service. I get super fast credit alerts and their customer service is always super friendly and helpful. Also, my information has been part of several data breaches. With IdentityIQ, I love that they are always watching all my personal information and I'll know right away if someone if trying to use it.

IdentityIQ is a great security and protection service! They also provide me with a credit report from the three major credit bureaus in an easy to read comparable format! All of my personal information is protected, monitored, and leaving me with a peace of mind!
