Good experience with miss wiley

My account representative Danica was awesome! She was prompt, knowledgeable, and sincere in trying to help me get to a resolution and close my case. The overall process took a long time to resolve and was difficult but I am glad it is over.

This experience with Mavel was great because I was help with my taxes.

Over the years preparing my tax return became more than complicated, but Angela Morgen of Idealtax was absolutely right for the task. She asked and answered relevant questions,proving her knowledge of federal provisions and regulations. Overall , she made this horrific process seem easy.

My 2nd experience with a company like this. They have been more helpful and quicker than my last. Now if my resolution comes out better ill be very happy.

So far it's been hard for me because I'm a senior citizen and I'm not very phone or Internet savvy but Sam and Lily both walked through it. Sam help me reduce my payment amount cuz I'm on a fixed income and Lily found a way to reroute my paperwork so thanks to both of them
