Iconic was very responsive to initial inquirey and follow-ups. The profesionalism with which the used part was handled and packaged and shipped to Europe, Top Notch! Not to minimize as well the part I was after was not priced thru the stratosphere despite it's rarity, another bonus.

Had my valves serviced at Iconic Motorbikes. They damaged the paint on the tank. I was supposed to get $150 in cash for compensation. When I went to pick it up, cash wasn't ready. We agreed on Paypal payment. Told Lalo I wanted it sent as a gift to avoid the Paypal fee. They sent the money incorrectly and I had to pay the fee. Tried to have them correct it, but ignored. These guys don't give you the time of day if they're not making money. You have to constantly call them for followups or you're ignored. Yeah, the fee isn't a lot, but goes to show not every customer is treated the same here.
