Im a little unsure- while the contact…

Im a little unsure- while the contact color I chose is stunning, I’m concerned because I was able to pick my RX strength from a drop down menu, but wasn’t asked to fill in any info about my prescription, and still got the lens’s. I emailed to ask for the FDA license number just so I could verify they are registered, but haven’t heard back. When I typed the company info given on the website into the FDA website to search for approved medical devices, I wasn’t able to find them. Some misspelled words on the website kind of made me nervous too…. Like under the “Contact Us” they say “don’t hesitake to contact us” I did notice that my right eye started to have a “gritty” feeling under my eye lid once I took them out. No pain, but I think I might have gotten a small abrasion- I was able to get it looked at by my eye Dr and they didn’t notice anything and just said to just over the counter lubricant and that should help. I can not verify it was the ICOICE that caused that, but have just read that ordering contacts online and not getting them from your DR could result in one’s that don’t fit the eye properly and will cause damage. Which is unfortunate because ICOICE really does have lots of wonderful colors!

The contact lenses are very cute but
The contact lenses are very cute, but I think they are a bit thick, which made my eyes burn a lot, and I am used to wearing both regular and colored lenses for my work. So I didn't find them very comfortable, in fact, not comfortable at all. But I understand and hope you can fix this for future customers, as their colors and textures are very nice and I would like to continue using them.

Good lenses poor service
I like their lenses, they look good and natural. The only complaint is about how fast they ship the orders. This time the package was lost, so I had to wait even longer.
