Hi MacDonald, Thank you for sharing your experience. we understand how the removable handle design can feel inconvenient at first. For safety reasons, we recommend removing the handle during extended cooking. The handle is designed primarily for stabilizing the pan when positioning it, stirring or flipping food, and for safe, space-saving storage — not for continuous use while cooking. For best results, we suggest this simple workflow: Attach the handle to position the pan on the stove, then detach it once cooking begins. You can briefly reattach it when you need to stir, flip food, or move the pan off the heat. Most customers find that after a few uses, this process becomes quick and natural. The benefit is safer handling and much easier storage. We truly appreciate your feedback, and if you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out anytime — we’re always happy to help! Best regards, Chef Power
