I have hosted sites with them since about 2003. They are the best in the industry at what they do - Linux-based hosting. Their support system is superb. I only wish they had windows hosting and many other features such as serverless hosting etc.

I have submitted over 20 help tickets over the last 10 years, because I really don't know what I'm doing. In every instance the Sure Support team has answered promptly (in words that I can understand) and solved every one of my issues. They are fantastic!!

We love the tools and reliability they provide, but if nothing else, we'll never leave because their support team provides amazing technical support (and fast, too!).

Excellent web host. Had no downtime since I have started using them, support is superb and even helped me solve some issues I had with Wordpress plugins. They helped me move from Bluehost - it was flawless and easy for me, and they kept me updated. Moving from another host was incredibly easy. They solved issues with some plugins after the move, as well as helped with domain redirects. I am very, very happy with the hosting and service. Strongly recommend for anyone looking for webhosting - prices are great too.

I really do love having my site at ICDSoft. The support there is great. I'm semi-clueless when it comes to managing my site, but the support there makes it really easy.

Way more efficient than waiting on the phone for GoDaddy support, and much more helpful in taking care of the issue.

Quick and helpful support who go over and above to help solve issues. They are always ready to help when I've faced issues, including third-party code issues which ICDSOFT support helped debug and let me know the exact issue which the developer had to fix.

Really the best hosting service out there with tech support that goes above and beyond. I have two sites hosted by them and any issues I have (due to my own ignorance) they handle within minutes--literally faster than I can even get back to their support site. They have saved me many a headache!
