I’ve dealt with these folks for over 8 years. Not once have they tried to rope me into unnecessary programs or silly add ons. I recently had an issue on my end and they went above and beyond to help me rectify it. I especially loved the fast replies, that’s a rarity today. On top of that their program runs flawlessly. I've been with ICDSoft since February 2004. The support is absolutely the best in the industry and I came from the web development world, so I've worked with a lot of hosting companies through the years. You will not find a more reliable host, either. If my website has been down for 5 minutes, collectively, in the past 21 years, I'd be surprised.
