Yet again, I barely have time to walk away from the computer to get a drink and there's an answer to my question. SureSupport from ICDSoft is the best customer service I have encountered in 65 years on this planet. That includes being online since 1986 and their hosting my website since the early 00s. Every few years I think I might save $20 a year by switching to another host service. Then I ask a help question, get my problem solved in minutes, and realize switching would be entirely foolish.

I have been with these guys for over 20 years using various services. I have never before experienced the UNMATCHED support ICDSoft provides. In this entire 20 years, I have always recieved nearly real time responses. When they say 24/7 Support, that's exactly what you will get.

Customeer support is one of the defining assets that any comany can truly "own". In this, ICDSoft excells. I've farely needed to wait ore than a few minutes before any support ticket is taken by someone, and generally before I can refresh my screen, there's likely to be an answer. I moved away from them for a brief period to a "less expensive" hosting company several years ago. That experience had me rushing back as soon as I could. Over the years, I've had several websites through them. This is just one of the many I currently have.

I've had my business website with this company since 2012 and they are an EXCELLENT company. Anytime I've had to contact customer service, they respond within minutes. I am totally not tec savvy at all as far as behind the scenes web design- I wish I was. My business coach highly recommended this company. I hired a web writer & designer who worked together & set up my website based on my professional logo design. I've gotten many compliments over the years.

I've been a customer of ICDsoft since 2012 when I first launched my website. While I'm generally capable, web tech is not something I ever achieved comfort with. But the support service at ICD, known as SureSupport, is the closest thing I can imagine to having a staff of web developers in the next room. Over and over throughout the years, they have helped me maintain my website, walking me through the tools on my control panel, and willing to do backend stuff on my behalf when I ask. They are RESPONSIVE, and ACCURATE, and alway happy to help. They understand my limited comfort with the tech side, and when I'm over my head, they throw me a lifeline. Every time I have an interaction with ICD SureSupport, I'm just so happy I didn't go with one of the horrible noisy mass host services out there. ICDsoft - THANK YOU!

The support team knocked my socks off. The moment they received my query for help, I was notified that they were on it. In short order, they asked the pertinent questions to hone in on my problems and advised me of what first steps to take. Every exchange we had went like clock work. I could expect a response within half and hour and they made the process painless. Up until then I had been trying to figure it out, look up videos online. Each approach would send me down a rabbit hole that I feared I would not escape. Everything seem to be getting more complicated and I was ready to throw in the towel. This process of integrating multiple programs to facilitate your own business through social media is in a word daunting. But the ICDSoft support team had it figured out with in just a few exchanges, and I got my domain name authenticated.

I've been hosting with ICDSoft for years. Recently, I had a problem with adding a mail supplier, and the support did it for me. Excellent customer service, responsive and reliable!

These people are juts THE BEST that have ever been in this area!! Every time when I have a problem, they are very, very helpful, and most of all very polite people. Never, never underestimate your problem,and work until they find a solution and even more!!!
