Randy Hamrick was great to work with and a valuable resource to talk through cash offer questions I had. I recommend Randy and iBuyer to everyone. I feel I received over market value and my fees and repairs were lower than expected. This was the best home selling experience I've ever had! Thanks again, Jim

Our ibuyer associate was very helpful. He helped to streamline our offers and we were able to use them to negotiate high offer prices. Closing was very easy and communication was great.

We had a straightforward and satisfying experience with iBuyer.com. Shamus Samerdike quoted us an accurate, fair price and walked us through the steps to sell our home quickly and easily without needing to list or show it. We were allowed to pick our own closing date, and everything went through exactly as planned. For our needs, this service was a perfect match and played out exactly as we had hoped.

We had a great experience with iBuyer. We had spoken to two realtors about listing our home. Both wanted to list lower than what we felt we could accept because we had pets in the home. I had filled out the information on the iBuyer website as a last ditch effort, but we had essentially given up on the idea of selling and building a new home. The team at iBuyer was able to connect us with Opendoor, who offered $30k more than the realtors suggested we list, so we accepted. We knew up front almost exactly what we would pocket at closing and this did not change. The process was so easy with the help of iBuyer. Shamus worked with us and was wonderful at helping coordinate the process and making sure everything was on track every step of the way. Overall just a great experience. We didn’t think we would get to build the house we wanted, and iBuyer made it possible.
