wrong product sent, refund obstrucred
i bought a camcorder, favorable price, was advised to buy a supplementary battery, did so, the battery did not come, a similarly-coded item did come,by mistake, i objected, the denied mis-sending, we went through that, the tried to sell me something else, to avoid a refund, i fought through that, i sent it back, with a return authorization, they have refused pickup at the post office, i have contested at credit card and filed with NYC dept of consumer affairs
