I've only been using Hyros for a few days and I can honestly say their support has been truly amazing. They don't treat you as a number and you even get a dedicated person to look after your account. Software wise, nothing really compares to Hyros' tracking ability and friendly user interface. I'd highly recommend Hyros to anyone serious about scaling their digital ad buying.

The Hyros team cares a lot and is very responsive. Their attribution tracking is better than what you can get elsewhere to date. If you want to make decisions based on the most accurate data... Which you should if you either: a. have a big serious business and lots of money on the line or b. if you're a little tiny business and your survival relies on making the best of the tiny amount of data you have. The only reason you wouldn't buy this is if you simply can't afford it, or if you don't want to know the truth.

Love Hyros - great product and excellent support from my man Vlad. Responses are great and response times are fantastic from support (under 24 hour turnaround and I am on the other side of the world). Product is fantastic and the updates are regular. This is a well oiled machine. If you are serious about attribution then Hyros is for you.

Hyros is awesome! The support and the staff are really helpful! 10/10 And the main reason for us to maintain using hyros is that it allows us to really see where our conversions are coming from. Now we are able to scale more precisely.

Started with hyros due to poor tracking with Facebook Ads, this has been completely resolved and now I can go beyond the 7 day conversion window. The support is legendary, good onboarding experience and Hyros will pay itself back with a way higher ROAS!

I noticed how off the tracking was with META on some of the ads I was running. Once I was able to setup Hyros and get more accurate data. Been using it for a bout 6 months now and don't plan on not using it as long as I'm running ads.

Very useful tracking tool that anyone running ads online should be using. The customer support I received was excellent when I had questions. I can't think of any reason not to use Hyros. It pays for itself 10X over.
