I purchased the 3.0 blower earlier this year and while it initially worked ok it wasn’t as powerful as they made it out to be. Then after about a month or so the turbine broke off the spindle inside when I turned it on one day. I reached out to them to see about getting a replacement or if I could send it back to them for repair and never even got a response. I suggest anyone who is looking at purchasing something from them to skip it for a more reputable brand that doesn’t need to rely on dude/bro marketing for an inferior product.

First let me say the company no longer exists. I checked. Second, yes it did take about 6 weeks to get to me. Battery is hard to take out. the product doesn't turn on any longer but the battery is fully charged. I will never purchase from a YouTube ad again. I could not even dispute it on my Credit card because they said it was too long ago. So if a company has a warranty for 6 months, and they don't respond within 6 months for a warranty info, you cannot do a dispute?

THIS IS A SCAM.... THEY PROMISED 10-12 BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY. IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS AND 25 DAYS (5 MONTHS ALMOST...!!!!!) THEY ARE A MONEY GRAB BEWARE

Used the device two times for 1 minute in a 4 month period. Third time i wanted to use it it did not work anymore. Ridiculously bad quality at a ridiculously high price. Contacted their Customer service by mail 3 times the last week, dod not get any answer yet. KEEP AWAY FROM THIG GARBAGE PRODUCT AND SELLER

Absolute GARBAGE!!!! Bought the air blaster 2, worked ok for 5 month with very little use then stopped working. When I contacted Hydrayne they told me that it only has a 60 day warranty from new(explains a lot) and I’d need to buy a new one at a discount. No Thanks. A friend bought a cheap one from an online site which is still going strong and out performed the air blaster 2

You know a company is dodgy when they deliberately make their 'Unsubscribe' process from their pushy email marketing lists as difficult as it could possible be. They even go as far as making the text on the unsubscribe page almost white on a white background (Background R255, G255, B255, Text colour R253, G251, B247) Give it a go yourself. Big red flag. I bought one Hydrane product, was going to buy another, then I tried to unsubscribe from the emails. Nope, get stuffed, will buy the same thing elsewhere without a hydrane logo (they are all just chinese generic with Hydrane brang logo added anyway)

I bought this product 3 months ago and suddenly is stopped working while the battery seems to be fuctioning well. Customer support asked for order information and video only to have a reply back that since i didn't pay the extended warranty i only had 60days to claim any service or refund. 60 days ?? For a device ? Why not make it 10 days and lower the risk. Each company is responsible for selling a product that works at least 2 years or offer a service at least for that. This is ridiculous don't trust them since they even don't trust their product as well

Purchased in may 2025 but now runs really hot, so much so it is very uncomfortable to hold, also battery life much shorter now, hydrayne only offer 60 days guarantee which says something! Wanted me to buy extended guarantee which again should make you wary, considering high price of this product, very disappointing and recommended to steer clear of
