Bailey and the HVAC Direct employees were knowledgeable and made the process of buying Mr Cool products for new construction easy.

Shopping online was easy and convenient. The price was thousands less than my local HVAC companies estimate. My unit arrived in a timely manner. Shipping was free, but not quite free because I had to drive to town to pick up my unit from the truck. I had only a half hours notice to be there. Other than the shipping and picking up and the short notice I have no complaints and would do it again.

They send 2021 in 2024 Refurbished unit after confirming they are new , purchased 5 system 3 system never start , they want charge 1200 of freight when our transport company 635$

He is very patient and even waited for me to get my new computer "outlook 365" email uploaded so i could review the quote! I WILL use your company again just for this amazing experience!! Everybody at HVAC direct was very helpful to expedite my order and were very attentive , Renee and the rest of the customer service team were great.

I ordered a casette on 1/17/24. I was told it would ship within a couple of days and get to me by the end of the week. I called back on the 22nd and was told it will ship by end of the month. It shipped on the 29th and had an estimated arrival date of Feb 1. It did not arrive on the 1st on the 5th I called to inquire where the unit was and was told they didn't know but would call back the next day. It has now been another 5 days and still no word. It's frustrating because I only went with them because I was on a time crunch. I have no idea if or when it will ever be delivered. I have tried to cancel the order but we will see if they will honor that.
