HVAC Place is a U.S.-based online supplier of heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment out of Florida. We specialize in helping homeowners, contractors, and property managers find the right system at a fair price. Our catalog covers ductless mini-splits, PTAC and VTAC units, heat pumps, gas packs, furnaces, air handlers, and condensers. We carry trusted manufacturers including Mitsubishi Electric, Bosch, Goodman, Daikin, MRCOOL, Gree, Samsung, and Friedrich. We put special focus on the newest generation of high-efficiency, low-GWP R-454B and R-32 refrigerant equipment, so customers buying today are investing in systems built for tomorrow's environmental standards rather than phased-out technology. What makes us different is the support behind the sale. HVAC equipment is a significant purchase, and picking the wrong tonnage, refrigerant, or configuration is an expensive mistake. We help our customers size and match systems correctly, including indoor heads, outdoor units, line sets, grilles, and controls, before they order rather than after. We ship nationwide and stand behind every order.Have a question about a product or a project? Call us at 888-337-7262 or email [email protected]. We are a small, responsive team, and we would rather answer your questions up front than sell you the wrong equipment.

Mr. Lauer we do apologize for that! Our warehouse does get backed up at times. We did refund your full shipping cost and overnight it once it was acknowledged. We appreciate your business and hope in the future you give us another chance to earn back your trust! Have a blessed week!
The product was as advertised, the only issue that we had was a delayed delivery. They did bump it up to second day air from UPS ground at no additional charge once we determined that there was a delay.

We appreciate your business so much! We do apologize again for that delay! We pride ourselves on our customer service and try to make it up anyway possible. We weren't ready for the influx of customers since we updated our homepage with our stance on AI and keeping it personal with our customers. We hope to see you again in the future! Have a blessed week!
The service and working with Kris has been exceptional. I really can’t say enough positive things about the experience. We had a very complex hvac issue and he led me in all the right directions. Highly recommend the business and Kris has been a wealth of knowledge. Thank you

Thank you so much Mr. Starling! We're happy to help in any way we can :)
I was a little nervous because HVAC.place is obviously a small company. My order was processed by the parent organization Pranatek. Also made me feel a little twinge of doubt. Then everything was a bit quiet. I did call and the voicemail did not have a company specific greeting. Moment of panic. Then came the shipped order email. The tracking info for ABT. All legit and the order arrived direct from the factory in good shape. I had a phone call with Joseph while the order was on the road. HVAC.place is a small mainly online business he shared and most of their customers are HVAC contractors. I am a homeowner with limited heat pump or hi velocity hvac options near me so I am really glad this worked out. I can't wait to connect my gear.
