53 Emails Ignored — A Broken Platform With a Customer Support System That Is Clearly Nonexistent
This has become a complete insult to anyone expecting even the most basic level of service. Every single game I try to open still produces the same error message: “An error occurred. Please contact our customer support.” The platform is unusable, and the company’s own advice is meaningless because their support channel appears to lead nowhere. I first contacted them on June 12, 2026. They sent one generic acknowledgment and claimed someone would follow up. They did not. I have now sent 53 emails trying to get a straightforward answer, a technical fix, a timeline, or even confirmation that someone is aware their games do not work. Fifty-three emails later, there is still no meaningful response. No troubleshooting. No update. No explanation. No accountability. Just a nonfunctional platform and a company that seems comfortable hiding behind total silence. The repeated reports from other reviewers about identical game errors and unanswered support requests make this look like a wider pattern, not an isolated problem. In my experience, this service fails at every level: the games do not work, and the company refuses to respond when customers report it. Avoid this platform entirely.
