Took two weeks to receive my order. These are nothing special just another plastic pair of sunglasses. I have to pay to send them back which is unusual compared to all the other glasses companies online.

3 months waiting for goggles.... they never reached out to me to tell me there was a problem. Paid in full so they didnt care. I own a business and would never let an issue go so long without reaching out to the customer. Super disappointed.

Pretty disappointed. Bought 8 pairs! There are four people in the household so we bought one each and when they got here we all loved them so much that we decided to jump on an offer that was running at the time and we each bought a second pair. Literally every single one has broken down and we haven't even owned them for 6 months. Frames broke on some, the mirrored lenses scratched off on every single one. When we emailed for replacements and to ask if this was normal we were told that we would still have to pay shipping and handling if we wanted any replacements. Their products are just simply not what they advertise and neither is their customer service.

They look great and are fairly comfy but are of low quality. The lenses bubble, scratch easily and the frames brake pretty easily too. Not worth having to replace every 3 months

Awful. The lens bubbled after 6ish months of little to no use. Customer service told me that I had to pay to replace them when it was clearly a defect. Even worse yet, they declined to post my review on their website to keep their skewed ratings high.

Frames are good. The lenses are rubbish. Absolute rubbish. They scratch super easy and the edges of the lenses are lifting off after a few weeks. They have a 60 day guarantee, which I used multiple times but all the lenses are useless so I gave up. Service was good for returns though 👍

UPDATE: Customer service has helped resolve this issue and fulfilled the warranty promise. Appreciate the quick response. I was happy with the product I received. I had never heard of this company before but I liked their mission. The design looked like I had expected, but I wasn't expecting them to break after only two months. So their key marketing claims "unbreakable" and "indestructible" - far from true. Sadly, people on here are right about customer service. No reply since trying to inquire about the warranty.

They might not be able to be run over by a car as they say but they are pretty durable and dont scratch easy. I love the look and the size very much happy with the purchase.
