SCAM, FRAUD, ETC. Ordered a product from an instagram ad. Got a shipping notice 3 weeks later. For over 7 weeks since then, the order has been marked as "picked up by shipping partner" - clearly not delivered to USPS. Phone calls to customer service go to straight to a recorded message saying they can't take calls; after multiple emails and requests for a refund, got one auto-response blaming COVID-19 slowdowns for the delay and saying packages should be shipped within 7-10 business days of order. After 35 business days with no shipment, update, or refund, it is clear this business (???) is operating in bad faith. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Update: I filed a claim with PayPal and was refunded my money. Try that route if you purchased from this "company." I seem to be having the same experience as everyone else here which confirms my fears that this company is total garbage. I ordered an item from their website over 6 weeks ago, and it's totally MIA. I've been going back and forth with their customer service people for weeks now. I've asked them to confirm where my package is, and they ignore that question. I've asked for a refund several times, and they refuse. I've asked for a refund on just the shipping fee, a whopping $5.97, and they refuse that as well. I understand that some international shipping is delayed to COVID-19, but I've not seen anything this delayed or this shady with other companies. Again, total garbage company. I followed the lead of a fellow reviewer and filed a claim with PayPal.

I've had exactly the same experience. Puzzle ordered April 12th - then when I chased it up they sent me an email to say it had been despatched but 'forgot' to add the tracking number, chased up again and a different rep emailed to say it HADN'T been sent. I've followed up and I get the same response fobbing me off for another three working days. I've reported this to Paypal. The company is a total fraud, their phone number is out of use and I notice they've removed it from their website.

This company is a scam. I ordered a puzzle on April 13, and never received it. First they told me it was sent, then they told me there was a flood in their warehouse, then they said it was sent and was in a warehouse but they never provided a tracking number. My last email to them was that I knew they had scammed me, and of course, they never responded. Filing a fraud claim through my credit card. Don't order anything from these people!

I wish I could give this company a ZERO rating! DO NOT do business with this company!!! I placed the order in early April as a gift, to be sent directly to the recipient. When I tried to call the get a deliver date, they had a machine telling me to email. I emailed and received no response. I emailed again CANCELLING the order. I sent a different gift to the person. They sent me a notice saying my order was shipped but the tracking number section was blank. I lodged a complaint with PayPal who told I needed to contact them again and I had to give them 2 weeks to reply. I again sent an email CANCELLING the order. I again got an email saying my order was shipped. with no tracking number. I again contact PayPal who said they would reach out to the company. Now, after SIX WEEKS they send me an email with a Tracking number. I told them I had CANCELLED the order and they replied telling me it was "Too Late to cancel since they had shipped the order"

HORRIBLE!!! Do not order from this company! It is a SCAM. I ordered (as did many others) on April 14th a puzzle advertised on Facebook. I inquired a week later to their "so called" customer service team who will only take emails and no calls and then respond days later. They send the same email response out each time saying my order is shipping (about 4 weeks ago) and when I go to the tracking link below - the shipping company has no record of it: "Thank you for contacting Humble Crate. Your order # was shipped on April 14 2020. Here is your tracking number: which you can follow here. Let us know if we can help with anything else! Best regards, Claire | Humble Crate Customer Happiness" I receive emails weekly that my item shipped and the tracking info changes constantly. I also received an email from the CEO, David Bell on May 3rd - weeks later: "Thank you for your amazing support towards Humble Crate. We are absolutely amazed by the support you have shown us during these testing times. At Humble Crate, our Number 1 priority has always been to look after customers' satisfaction both with the quality of our products and our customer service. Unfortunately, last week we had massive flooding in one of our warehouses in Florida and about 15% of products we had packed and ready to deliver to you have been damaged. We have been working around the clock to ensure your ordered products get to you in time however there are a few customers who may have have a slight delay in shipping. We humbly apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your support once again. David Bell CEO Humble Crate" The CEO should have checked his grammar before sending it out! The excuse was it did not ship due to flooding and the next day it was because of Covid and now they are backlogged. Three separate emails with different reasons. I have asked for my money back numerous times and they will not respond. Money is gone now.

If I could rate this company a zero I would. I ordered a puzzle in early April. Didn’t get a shipping notification after a week or so and I followed up. They told me it had been shipped on April 21st and provided a link to track it. The tracking number didn’t work. I thought it was an oversight and reached out - I had to send two different emails telling them I would give a negative review if someone didn’t respond. Finally on May 6, they emailed back and said the order was “being processed.” I asked why did they send me an email two weeks before with a tracking number if it was still being processed?! No response. Yesterday, may 17, I got another automated email saying my order had been shipped and they provided yet ANOTHER BOGUS TRACKING LINK that didn’t work. I’ve HAD IT. It’s a freaking puzzle. I don’t even want it anymore. This company is a joke and I’d never recommend them to anyone. P.S. you can get the same puzzle from amazon for cheaper!!

I had the same experience as another reviewer. I too purchased two puzzles for $59.91 (through Shopify click ad on Instagram) on 4/14/2020, I however, didn't paid extra to speed my way through the line. It is now 5/18/2020 and I still do not have my puzzles. I e-mailed two times, received a generic form letter response about there being flooding in a warehouse in Florida. I am currently trying to get my money back. This is a scam, do not purchase anything from them.
