Somehow I subscribed to the monthly plan without an account or email (yes, apparently it's possible). I've tried to reach the support several times about subscription cancellation through their form on the web site and through email, but there is just no response, so that I'm stuck with monthly payments for a service that i literally don't have. I guess I'll need to order a new card to get rid of these payments and to forget about this "service", which is probably a scam.
