I received good quality diabetic socks and I liked the variety available. It would have been better if I had known that the length of the socks were ankle height which were lower than I would have liked.

Dear Dennis, Thank you for your feedback—we're glad to hear that you're satisfied with the quality of our diabetic socks and appreciated the variety available! Regarding the sock length, we understand how important the right fit and style can be. Based on your order history, we noticed that you've previously purchased both ankle and crew length socks, so you may already be familiar with the difference. That said, it's possible this was an unintentional selection during checkout, and we completely understand that it can happen. If the socks you received are unused and unworn, we'd be more than happy to offer an exchange for the longer crew-length version. Simply return the items to us, and we'll take care of the rest. Thank you again for your continued support—we’re always here to help ensure you have the best possible experience with our products. Best Regards,

The socks fit well & emerged unscathed from my standard washing procedure ( I don't have time to give special treatment to clothes). The socks are comfortable & do the job!

There socks are perfect for me. I like a thin crew socks and Hugh Ugoli has a number of selections that work well. Great number of colors to choose from and I wear a size 11 shoe and this is one of the few sources for me for socks that actually fit my feet. They wash well and are so soft after laundering. Excellent choice and I will buy from them in the future.

Dear Donna, Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that our thin crew socks are a perfect match for you. Offering a variety of colors and a comfortable fit—especially for those with larger shoe sizes—is exactly what we strive for. It’s wonderful to know that the socks not only fit well but also hold up beautifully after washing. Your satisfaction means the world to us, and we’re so happy to have earned your trust for future purchases. Best Regards,
The socks were really comfortable, but after one wash, they shrunk up something terrible
By Barbara V.
Response from Hugh Ugoli Socks· Apr 8, 2025
Dear Barbara, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you initially found the socks comfortable, but we're sorry to learn that they appeared to shrink after washing. In most cases, this can happen due to exposure to hot water or high heat in the dryer, which can temporarily alter the shape of the fabric. However, our socks are made from high-quality, highly elastic materials that may appear smaller after washing but are designed to stretch back out and adapt to your foot comfortably with wear. That said, we truly value your experience and have shared your comments with our product team for further evaluation. If you’d like to try another pair, we’d be happy to offer you a discount code—we sent you an e-mail just reply to this mail and we’ll be glad to assist. Best Regards,
