My kids love using it when they’re frustrated and need to bang on something. The sound is very calming to my family.

Made this purchase for my sister who loves music. She was excited to receive it and will be enjoying it as long as it last. I like it so much I’m planning on purchasing one for myself.

A couple of weeks after ordering the drum, I was told that the color I requested wasn't in stock. I chose a new color. I was then sent the drum without the mallots or a strap for the bag. I was finally sent the mallots but I am still waiting for the strap. I originally placed the order around the beginning of July. This whole experience has been very unpleasant. The sound of the drum isn't even phenomenal. This experience was not worth it.

Love my hue drums, prompt efficient delivery. Beautifully crafted.

In many ways, your product and service were good. The drum itself arrived in time for our grandson's birthday, and he's enjoying it as a hand drum. However, the mallets are faulty - one of them arrived splintered, so is a danger to young hands and the head of the other one keeps falling off. I've phoned and written your company requesting replacement mallets but have had no response. I hooe this review will spark a response. If it does, and the mallet issue is resolved, I'd gladly give a glowing recommendation.

I bought it on August 21st and so far I haven't received it. The DHL does not respond to my emails. Disappointing.
