I really like the contacts
I really like the contacts. They are the most comfortable daily wear contacts I've had. I think the price is a little high but $36/month is in the ballpark. And they always arrive within a couple days.

APPALLING !!
APPALLING !! It is a scam and really really difficult to get out of as I am finding to my cost- similar to all the other reviews on here DONT DO IT - go to Daysoft instead they are brilliant and cheaper and dont rip you off!

I signed up for the free pack and…
I signed up for the free pack and they've automatically enrolled me into a monthly deal. Pretty bad behaviour though not uncommon. What's annoying is that; a) you can only cancel via calling a line, clearly a tactic to but barriers in the way of you cancelling. b) that phone line hangs up on you after a brief message. Overall a bad experience.

This is a scam!!
This is a scam!! I wanted to try the first test lents as I didm't want anything else, and they add me a monthly suscription which I have to pay. The main problem in there is that there's no chance to cancel it online, and they don't answer on the phone number they give us to free cancellation. Customer service is horrible!!!!!!!! DONT JOIN THEM

I don't want to leave a star but to…
I don't want to leave a star but to review I have to - like others I cancelled the trial but they still took my money - I contacted them and they said it hadn't been cancelled when it had both by phone and by email. They told me to send lenses sent back for the refund but I never received the lenses so how can I send them back - I have been charged effectively for fresh air - every time I contact them they send me a standard response - I have been told to email FAO Roxanne, social and other but still nothing - I have even been on Facebook posting on pics asking them to sort but they just remove any negative posts rather than using the energy sorting things out- so it seems they are making money by taking people's cash dishonestly - dont touch them with a barge pole - look at the reviews and check with your optician people have seemingly damaged their eyes with these lenses but apart from that they dont behave ethically- still waiting for my £27 refund - I have attempted contact so far over 20 times what does that tell you !! My advice find an alternative
