Now that you ship from the West Coast, my shipments are delivered much quicker. This is great when I’m running low and I need it NOW. Thanks

Hi Amy, we're thrilled that the our delivery timeframe has made such a difference. There's nothing better than knowing your contacts arrive right when you need them. Thanks for sharing! Cheers, The Hubble Contacts Team
Horrible customer service. I was sent the wrong contacts twice, and hubble blamed it on my eye doctor not contacting them back about my new script. Eye doctor stated they provided the correct one three times.

Hi Dustin, thank you for your review. We apologize for the frustration caused by these shipping delays and the prescription confusion. Upon reviewing your account, we found that we were unable to fulfill the order because the prescription provided by your doctor did not match the specific brand selected. Because contact lens prescriptions are brand-specific, we are required to match them exactly and cannot substitute them. To address the issue and as a courtesy for the inconvenience, we issued a full refund for the order back in February. Kind regards, The Hubble Contacts Team
I’ve been with Hubble for years. I love the company. I love my disposable contacts! ! If there’s ever a problem, their customer service is phenomenal! I tell all my friends to use Hubble!👀

My subscription has doubled since I started my subscription. My last order was delivered by Amazon prime. What is happening???

Response from Hubble Contacts· Jun 19, 2026
Hi Maria, thank you for sharing your feedback regarding pricing and shipping. We recently moved to a new fulfillment center that uses different courier partners. Our system automatically assigns the most efficient carrier for each order, so packages may be delivered through the postal service or Amazon Shipping, depending on the shipment. We totally get the confusion, hopefully you’re getting your contacts faster but if you have any other feedback please let us know! On pricing, we understand that increases are never ideal. As we’ve grown, our operating costs have increased, which led to a small price adjustment to help us continue providing the lenses you love. We truly value your loyalty and appreciate having you as a customer over the years, so we’ve reached out via email with a resolution we think you’ll love! Warm regards, The Hubble Contacts Team
